One Love Cruise

Payment Schedule:
An initial NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $250 per person or $500 per person for balcony and suite cabins - Is due upon booking

50% of the remaining balance - Is due by November 3, 2008

Full and final payment - Is due by January 1, 2009. A late payment fee of $25 per person will be assessed for all payments received after the final payment due date.

Change: A name change is permitted 60 days or more prior to departure and will incur a penalty of $100 per name change.

Cancellation:
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to Advantage International, LLC. A deviation from the group schedule and package is a cancellation. The initial deposit is non-refundable. If notice of cancellation is received: . prior to December 1, 2008, then 50% of the total cruise price less the initial deposit is refundable . between December 2 - December 31, 2008, then 25% of the total cruise price (less the initial deposit) is refundable. . On or after January 1, 2009, then no portion of the cruise price shall be refundable.

Requirements/Restrictions:
. US citizens are required to present their valid passport. All other nationalities must contact the consulates of each country for documentation requirements. Proper documents are the responsibility and expense of each passenger. . Infants sailing on a cruise must be at least six (6) months old as of the first day of the cruise/cruisetour. . Children less than six (6) years of age are not allowed on upper/top bunks. . If pregnant guests have entered or will be entering their 24th week before or during the cruise, they will be unable to travel. A physicians Fit to Travel note stating that they are in good health, not a high risk pregnancy, and not entering the 24th week of pregnancy is required. Travelers needing special assistance: Advantage International, LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the needs of our travelers; however, travelers needing special assistance for their personal needs must notify Advantage International, LLC at the time of booking for a determination of what assistance it can reasonably provide. In cases where Advantage International, LLC or Radio One cannot accommodate a traveler's special needs, persons requiring this assistance must be accompanied by a companion who will be responsible for independently providing the needed assistance. Advantage International, LLC and Radio One regret that it cannot provide special individual assistance to travelers with special needs for ordinary daily activities, such as walking and dining, etc. and other special needs. In no instance will Advantage International, LLC, Radio One or contracted personnel physically lift or assist clients on to or off of transportation vehicles.

Limitation of Liability:
Advantage International, LLC ('Advantage") and Radio One, Inc. ("Radio One) do not own or operate any of the suppliers of the services or accommodations for your trip. As a result, Advantage and Radio One are not responsible for any negligent or willful act of any such supplier or of any other third party over whom Advantage and Radio One have no control. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal.

IN NO EVENT WILL ADVANTAGE OR RADIO ONE BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF PROVIDERS WHO FURNISH PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THIS SITE, OR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED BY PROVIDERS THROUGH THIS SITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, THAT ARISES OUT OF OR IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH (I) ANY FAILURE OR THE PERFORMANCE OR NON PERFORMANCE BY US OR ANY PROVIDER, OR (Ii) ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORD, EVEN IF ANDANTAGE AND/OR RADIO ONE AND THE PROVIDER(S) HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES TO SUCH PARTIES OR ANY OTHER PARTY.

I agree that by participating in any Advantage International, LLC or Radio One event that I waive on behalf of myself, and any passengers for whom I am authorized to make this reservation for, any and all claims of liability against Advantage International, LLC and Radio One, their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss, which may occur from my conduct, or participation in the event or the actions or negligence of any third-parties.
