50% of the remaining balance - Is due by April 20, 2009

Full and final payment - Is due by August 12, 2009 (A late payment fee of $100 per person will be assessed for all payments received after the final payment due date. In addition failure to adhere to the payment schedule can result in automatic cancellation without notice and refund).

Change/Cancellation: Notice of change/cancellation must be made in writing to Advantage International, LLC.

Change:A name change is permitted on or before October 1, 2009 and will incur a penalty of $25 per name change. Name changes are not permitted on/after October 2, 2009. Deviation from the group schedule and package is a cancellation.

Cancellation:
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to Advantage International, LLC. A deviation from the group schedule and package is a cancellation. Penalties for cancellation when notice of cancellation is received according to the schedule outlined below: If TPP is purchased you will be refunded all payments including the deposit amount less the premium amount of TPP provided we are informed of cancellation at least one day prior to departure.

61 days or more - $250 per person penalty
60 to 45 days prior - 20% of tour cost
44 to 15 day prior - 30% of tour cost
14 to 1 day prior - 40% of tour cost
Day 1 of departure - 100% of tour cost, No refund on unused portions of the tour

The optional TPP is offered to protect the traveler against these charges. Anyone who has not purchased TPP will be responsible for the cancellation fees as outlined above. Please note that transferring to another departure date is considered a cancellation of one tour and a booking of another. Therefore all cancellation fees will apply.

Exclusion: Mayflower Tours and Advantage International reserves the right to alter its refund and cancellation policy when a substantial amount of cancellation or postponement of travel is attributable to: conditions resulting from an act of God, natural or man made disaster, fire, government action, civil disorder, war, hostilities between nations, or unavailability of transportation through no fault of Mayflower Tours or Advantage International.

Revision Fees
A fee of $25 per transaction will be charged for any changes, revisions or alterations made to your reservation after confirmation.

Roommate Cancellation
If a booking is made as a Twin and the roommate cancels, and a new roommate is not found then a Single supplement will be charged to the booking.

Prices and Tour Components Subject to Change
We reserve the right to vary itineraries and prices and substitute facilities, hotels or events of equal or better quality if necessary.

Responsibility
These tour programs are operated by Mayflower Tours, Inc. 1225 Warren Avenue, Downers Grove, IL 60515. Mayflower Tours reserves the right in its sole discretion to make itinerary changes and is not responsible to any person for expense, loss of time or money or other circumstances resulting from a change in itinerary or chance of tour arrangements made by it for tour members. Rates quoted are based upon tariffs and exchanges current at the time of printing and are subject to change at or before time of final payment. Mayflower Tours reserves the right to decline or to accept any person as a tour member of any tour at any time. Mayflower Tours/Advantage International is not responsible for any loss or damages to personal property or for injuries, expenses or damages whatsoever incurred or claimed by tour members. Mayflower Tours/Advantage International reserves the right to cancel a tour at its discretion should it become necessary and all monies will be refunded; thus, releasing Mayflower Tours/Advantage International from any further obligation.

Requirements/Restrictions:

• US citizens are required to present their valid passport and visa. All other nationalities must contact the consulate of Egypt. Proper documents are the responsibility and expense of each passenger.
• Passports must not expire before 6 months beyond the date of return.
• Passport must have at least blank visa pages

Travelers needing special assistance: Advantage International, LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the needs of our travelers; however, travelers needing special assistance for their personal needs must notify Advantage International, LLC at the time of booking for a determination of what assistance it can reasonably provide. In cases where Advantage International, LLC or Mayflower Tours cannot accommodate a traveler's special needs, persons requiring this assistance must be accompanied by a companion who will be responsible for independently providing the needed assistance. Advantage International, LLC and Mayflower Tours regret that it cannot provide special individual assistance to travelers with special needs for ordinary daily activities, such as walking and dining, etc. and other special needs. In no instance will Advantage International, LLC, Mayflower Tours or contracted personnel physically lift or assist clients on to or off of transportation vehicles.

I agree that by participating in any Advantage International, LLC event that I waive on behalf of myself, and any passengers for whom I am authorized to make this reservation for, any and all claims of liability against Advantage International, LLC, their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss, which may occur from my conduct, or participation in the event or the actions or negligence of any third-parties.
