CHOCOLATE CANCUN GETAWAY

Payment Schedule:
50% of the package price is due upon booking
100% of package price is due on or before April 1, 2008 (A late payment fee of $25 per person will be assessed for all payments received after the final payment due date).

Change/Cancellation: Notice of change/cancellation must be made in writing to Advantage International, LLC.
Change: Changes in room category may be requested, are subject to availability and will result in a rate difference and a $25 change penalty per change. A name change is permitted on or before April 11, 2008 and will incur a penalty of $25 per name change. Deviation from the group schedule and package is a cancellation.

Cancellation:
$175 per person penalty if cancelled on or before February 14, 2008
100% of the package price is NON-REFUNDABLE if cancelled on or after February 15, 2008

US citizens are required to present their VALID PASSPORT to travel. All other nationalities must contact the Cancun consulate for verification of documentation. Proper documents are the responsibility of each passenger.

Advantage International, LLC does not own or operate any of the suppliers of the services or accommodations for your trip. As a result, it is not responsible for any negligent or willful act of any such supplier or of any other third party over whom Advantage International, LLC has no control.  Travelers needing special assistance: Advantage International, LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the needs of our travelers; however, travelers needing special assistance for their personal needs must notify Advantage International, LLC at the time of booking for a determination of what assistance it can reasonably provide. In cases where Advantage International, LLC cannot accommodate a traveler’s special needs, persons requiring this assistance must be accompanied by a companion who will be responsible for independently providing the needed assistance.  Advantage International, LLC regrets that it cannot provide special individual assistance to travelers with special needs for ordinary daily activities, such as walking and dining, etc. and other special needs. In no instance will Advantage International, LLC or contracted personnel physically lift or assist clients on to or off of transportation vehicles. Chocolate Cancun Getaway events will be available and exclusive to Chocolate Cancun Getaway participants ONLY and must be purchased through Advantage International, LLC. All participants may be required to wear special wristbands identifying them as part of the group. The wristbands will be required for admission to all Chocolate Cancun Getaway events. Reservations not made through Advantage International LLC will not have access to any Chocolate Cancun Getaway events.

I agree that by participating in any Advantage International, LLC event that I waive any and all claims of liability against Advantage International, LLC, their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss, which may occur from my conduct of, or participation in the event.
